About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant experience as a Cover Supervisor within UK secondary schools.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management strategies, ensuring a productive environment for all pupils.
• Exhibit strong adaptability and a flexible approach to working in various school settings.
• Display a genuine passion for education and a commitment to student achievement.
• Possess an ability to quickly build rapport with both students and staff.
