About the Role
Join a dynamic school in the South West London area seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide invaluable support to primary pupils. This specialist primary setting focuses on nurturing children with complex learning needs, including Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and speech and language difficulties, many of whom have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). You will engage in vital 1:1 and small group work, contributing significantly to pupil progress and wellbeing. We are actively seeking candidates for a range of contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions, with an attractive daily salary of £90 - £115 and an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored 1:1 support and small group interventions to primary-aged pupils.
* Assist children with complex learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Support the implementation of individualised learning plans and educational strategies.
* Help create an inclusive, stimulating, and safe learning environment for all pupils.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and other professionals to ensure holistic pupil development.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to regular assessments and reviews.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
* Significant experience working with primary-aged pupils with complex learning difficulties is essential.
* You demonstrate a clear understanding of strategies for supporting children with ASD, ADHD, and speech and language challenges.
* Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to build strong rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are patient, resilient, and deeply empathetic, committed to fostering a positive learning experience.
* You are a proactive team player, eager to contribute to a supportive and collaborative school environment.
