Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive care and supervision for children aged 0-5 years throughout their daily activities.
* Support the planning and execution of engaging, age-appropriate educational play sessions.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, adhering strictly to safeguarding policies.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
* Observe children's development and contribute to their individual progress records.
* Assist with the general maintenance and cleanliness of the nursery environment.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for early childhood development and education.
* You have demonstrable experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting.
* You hold relevant qualifications in Early Years or Childcare (e.g., Level 2/3 NVQ).
* Your communication skills are excellent, enabling effective interaction with diverse groups.
* You are a proactive team player, always ready to support colleagues and contribute positively.
* You demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding principles and child protection.
