About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Supply Teacher to join a flourishing school in the Grays area of Essex. This opportunity involves providing essential daily supply and short-term cover across an adapted secondary curriculum, supporting pupils with a diverse range of special educational needs. You will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning and fostering a positive educational environment from an ASAP start.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to secondary pupils with special educational needs.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet individual pupil requirements effectively.
* Manage classroom behaviour positively, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
* Collaborate with support staff to ensure comprehensive pupil assistance.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and participation when required.
* Uphold the school's commitment to high standards of pupil welfare and educational provision.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience working with secondary pupils with SEN.
* Possess a strong commitment to inclusive education and pupil development.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire learners.
* Be adaptable and resilient, thriving in varied classroom environments.
* Demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous professional growth.
* Be eligible to be paid to scale (MPS/UPS) based on experience and qualifications.
