Key Responsibilities
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and resources across different subjects to secondary age pupils.
• Ensure pupils remain on task, supporting their engagement with the assigned work.
• Uphold school policies and procedures regarding pupil conduct and safety at all times.
• Provide clear instructions and answer pupil queries as appropriate.
• Report any incidents or concerns to the relevant member of staff promptly.
