About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour to ensure a productive learning environment.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and activities to students across different key stages.
• Facilitate learning and encourage student participation in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Uphold school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere.
• Provide clear instructions and support students with their assigned tasks.
• Communicate any pertinent observations or student issues to relevant teaching staff.
