The role offers a competitive daily rate of £90 - £115, reflecting your valuable expertise and commitment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one support to pupils with complex special educational needs.
* Facilitate engaging small group activities designed to enhance learning and development.
* Assist in the effective implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
* Support pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to create an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to ongoing assessments and reviews.
About You
* You possess demonstrable experience supporting primary-aged children with special educational needs.
* A strong understanding of various learning difficulties, such as ASD, ADHD, and speech and language challenges, is essential.
* You are adept at working with and implementing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to build rapport with pupils and staff.
