Key Responsibilities
* Offer tailored support to secondary pupils with SEMH needs within a specialist setting.
* Implement effective behaviour management plans and de-escalation techniques.
* Guide pupils in developing strategies for emotional regulation and resilience.
* Facilitate positive engagement in learning and successful academic reintegration.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
* Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting young people with SEMH needs, ideally within a secondary setting.
* Exhibit exceptional patience, empathy, and resilience when facing challenging situations.
* Hold a strong understanding of effective behaviour management strategies and intervention techniques.
* Show a commitment to promoting positive mental health and well-being among pupils.
