A dedicated school in the Shropshire area is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary team. This pivotal support role involves working across various year groups, offering crucial assistance to pupils' learning and development. We are looking for individuals available for a range of contract types, including long-term placements, short-term engagements, permanent positions, and daily supply work, starting as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct support to pupils, individually or in small groups, reinforcing learning objectives.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and organising engaging learning resources and the classroom environment.
* Contribute to the management of pupil behaviour, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
* Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access the curriculum effectively.
* Observe and report on pupil progress, contributing to assessment and planning discussions.
* Supervise pupils during out
