About the Role
We are seeking an inspiring Maths Teacher to join a progressive school located in the Aylesbury area, starting in September or sooner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to secure a permanent position within a thriving secondary education environment. We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) eager to launch their career, as well as experienced professionals (MPS/UPS) looking for their next rewarding challenge, all committed to fostering a love for mathematics and achieving excellent student progress.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across key stages, ensuring all students achieve their full potential.
* Develop innovative schemes of work and resources that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Maintain a positive and stimulating classroom environment where students feel supported and encouraged to excel.
* Contribute actively to the department's collaborative planning and curriculum development initiatives.
* Participate in extracurricular activities and school events, enhancing the wider school community.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong academic background in Mathematics.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for your subject and an ability to inspire young people.
* You have excellent classroom management skills, ensuring a productive and respectful learning atmosphere.
* You are an effective communicator, capable of building positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and personal growth within your teaching practice.
* You are a proactive team player, willing to contribute positively to the school's vibrant culture.
