Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
• Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and differentiated learning strategies.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all children feel valued.
• Collaborate effectively with class teachers and other professionals to ensure holistic pupil progress.
• Support pupils in developing their independence, social skills, and academic achievements.
• Prepare and adapt learning resources to meet specific individual requirements.
About You
• You possess a genuine passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
• Previous experience working in a primary school setting is highly advantageous.
• An understanding of various SEN conditions and effective support strategies.
• You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with pupils and staff.
