About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to provide vital support across various specialist primary SEN provisions within a flourishing school environment in South London. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with diverse learning needs on a day-to-day and short-term basis, offering essential coverage and continuity for pupils requiring specialist support. You will play a crucial role in maintaining positive and productive learning atmospheres, adapting your expertise across different SEN provisions with varying student requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to primary-aged pupils with diverse special educational needs.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources effectively to meet the individual learning requirements of each child.
* Collaborate constructively with teaching assistants and other support staff to foster an inclusive classroom environment.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pupil progress, behaviour, and development.
* Demonstrate exceptional flexibility and adaptability when transitioning between different SEN settings and pupil groups.
* Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning atmosphere where every child feels valued.

About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is an essential requirement for this position.
* You possess proven experience working with primary-aged pupils within specialist SEN environments.
* A profound understanding of various special educational needs and effective pedagogical strategies is crucial.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to build rapport quickly with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You demonstrate the ability to integrate seamlessly into new school environments and adapt to different pupil dynamics.
* A genuine passion for supporting the holistic development and well-being of pupils with SEN drives your practice.
