Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, inspiring Physics lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
* Develop and implement a stimulating curriculum that ignites scientific curiosity in pupils.
* Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
* Contribute to the collaborative planning and innovation within the science department.
* Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all pupils in your care.
* Actively participate in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications in Physics or Science.
* You possess a proven ability to deliver outstanding Physics lessons across secondary key stages.
* You demonstrate a genuine commitment to raising attainment and fostering a positive learning culture.
* You exhibit excellent communication skills, building strong rapport with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* You are a proactive and reflective practitioner, continuously seeking to enhance your teaching methods.
* You show enthusiasm for contributing to the wider school community and departmental initiatives.
