About the Role
An exceptional school in Northamptonshire is seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join their vibrant early years team. This fulfilling role offers the opportunity to support the development and learning of young children, fostering a positive and stimulating environment for their growth. We are looking for an individual who can commit to various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions, starting as soon as possible, with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide engaging support for children's learning and developmental activities.
* Contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for all pupils.
* Assist with daily routines, including meal times, play, and personal care as needed.
* Observe and accurately report on children's progress and any concerns to the senior staff.
* Work collaboratively with the early years team to plan and implement engaging educational experiences.
* Encourage positive behaviour and social interactions among the young learners.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early development.
* Demonstrable experience within an early years setting is highly desirable.
* An ability to collaborate effectively as part of a dedicated and supportive team is essential.
* You exhibit excellent patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach towards all children.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are a key attribute.
* You are flexible and adaptable, comfortable with various contract arrangements from daily supply to permanent.
