Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons across a modified secondary curriculum.
* Implement highly effective behaviour management strategies for students with complex SEMH needs.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment where every student feels valued.
* Develop and adapt individualised learning plans to support diverse student progress and attainment.
* Collaborate closely with support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic student development.
* Monitor and assess student academic and personal development, providing constructive and encouraging feedback.
About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is an essential requirement for this position.
