About You
• You possess a genuine passion for early years education and childcare.
• Previous experience supporting children in a nursery or primary school setting is highly advantageous.
• An enthusiastic and patient approach to working with young learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are reliable, adaptable, and a proactive team player.
• A relevant Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.
