About the Role:
Join a supportive primary school in Wolverhampton as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA). This long-term role involves working closely with children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing both one-to-one support and small group assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide dedicated one-to-one support to students with special educational needs.
• Facilitate small group sessions to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement personalised learning plans.
• Monitor and report on student progress.
• Create an inclusive and nurturing environment for all learners.

About You:
• Experience working with children with special educational needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
