Successful candidates can expect a competitive daily rate between £90 and £115, reflecting their valuable contribution to pupil development.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement tailored learning activities designed to meet individual pupil needs.
* Support primary pupils on the autism spectrum to access the curriculum effectively.
* Develop and maintain structured routines to create a predictable and safe environment.
* Utilise effective sensory strategies to support pupil regulation and engagement.
* Facilitate and enhance communication, employing a variety of methods suitable for each child.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and SENCOs to monitor pupil progress and well-being.
