About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Supply Teacher to join a flourishing school located in South West London, serving secondary-aged pupils with special educational needs. This rewarding daily supply and short-term role involves covering classes across various adapted curriculum areas within specialist SEN settings. You will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference, providing vital continuity and support to pupils with diverse learning requirements. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons across an adapted secondary curriculum for pupils with diverse SEN.
* Implement effective teaching strategies that cater to individual learning styles and needs.
* Manage classroom behaviour proactively, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
* Provide consistent support to pupils, encouraging their academic and personal development.
* Collaborate with existing support staff to maintain continuity of learning and care.
* Contribute positively to the overall ethos and daily operations of the school.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a proven track record in secondary education.
* Demonstrate significant experience working with pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience when facing new classroom environments and pupil groups.
* Possess strong behaviour management skills, fostering a calm and productive atmosphere.
* Show a genuine passion for supporting the unique developmental journeys of SEN pupils.
* Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents, building positive relationships.
