Key Responsibilities

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with relevant experience.
* Possess a genuine passion for working with primary pupils with special educational needs.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a patient, empathetic approach.
* Be adaptable and resilient, comfortable with day-to-day and short-term assignments.
* Have a strong understanding of diverse SEN provisions and effective support strategies.
