This vital position offers a competitive salary of £145 - £160 per day, reflecting your valuable contribution to student success.

Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour to ensure a productive learning environment.
* Deliver pre-set work from absent teachers, guiding students through tasks.
* Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere conducive to learning.
* Ensure all students are engaged with their assigned work during lessons.
* Report back to teaching staff on student progress and any classroom incidents.
* Uphold the school's high standards and policies at all times.

About You
* Demonstrable experience of working with young people, ideally within a secondary school setting.
* Possess strong classroom management and behavioural guidance skills.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with students and staff.
