Key Responsibilities
* Implement structured routines and individualised learning plans effectively.
* Provide targeted communication support to enhance pupil interaction and understanding.
* Utilise a variety of sensory strategies to support engagement and manage sensory needs.
* Offer dedicated 1:1 and small group assistance within the specialist provision.
* Promote independence and develop essential life skills for pupils with ASD.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and therapists to achieve pupil objectives.
About You
* You possess demonstrable experience supporting primary-aged pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
* You have a profound understanding of diverse communication methods and sensory needs.

* You possess excellent observational skills and the ability to record pupil progress accurately.
