This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher to begin or continue their journey within a supportive primary setting in Northamptonshire. We are seeking passionate educators for a variety of roles across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. Successful candidates will find themselves in a dynamic environment, with openings available for long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent contracts starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and wider school staff.
* Contribute to the broader life and values of the school community.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil achievement and development.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are nearing its completion, ready to embark on your ECT years.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young minds.
* You are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
* You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* You are adaptable, resilient, and eager to embrace new challenges.
