Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to primary pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Assist with personal care, feeding, and mobility needs, always ensuring dignity and respect.
* Implement sensory stimulation activities and therapeutic programmes as directed by specialists.
* Contribute to the creation of an accessible and stimulating learning environment.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and parents to support pupil development.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to assessment and planning processes.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting children with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Previous experience working with primary-aged pupils with complex SEN, particularly PMLD, is essential.
* You demonstrate exceptional patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to care.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute positively to a dedicated team.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong rapport with pupils and colleagues are paramount.
