Key Responsibilities
• Support children's learning and development through engaging and age-appropriate activities.
• Assist with daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and personal care, promoting independence.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for all.
• Observe and report on children's progress, behaviour, and achievements, contributing to their developmental records.
• Prepare and organise resources for creative play, educational sessions, and outdoor exploration.
• Ensure the well-being and safety of every child in your care, adhering to safeguarding policies.

About You
• Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working with young children in their early years.
• Relevant experience within a nursery or early years setting is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with children, parents, and staff.
• A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated and supportive team.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is paramount.
