About the Role
An exceptional school is seeking an inspirational Reception Class Teacher to shape the foundational learning experiences of its youngest pupils. This crucial role involves creating an immersive and stimulating early years environment where every child feels valued and inspired to explore. We are open to discussing various contract arrangements, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or a permanent position, to find the perfect fit for both the school and an outstanding educator. You will be instrumental in fostering curiosity and confidence from day one, with a competitive salary paid to scale and an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver an engaging Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum that challenges and captivates young learners.
* Cultivate a vibrant, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages independent discovery and collaborative play.
* Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse individual needs.
* Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, actively involving them in their child's educational journey.
* Champion safeguarding procedures, ensuring the well-being and safety of all children at every moment.
* Contribute proactively to whole-school initiatives, embracing opportunities for professional growth and shared success.

About You
* You are a passionate and highly motivated educator with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant EYFS experience.
* You possess a deep understanding of early childhood development and the EYFS framework, with a proven ability to apply it creatively.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, fostering an atmosphere of respect, joy, and focused learning.
* You are adaptable, resilient, and eager to embrace new challenges, continuously seeking innovative ways to inspire young minds.
* You are an effective communicator, capable of engaging positively with pupils, colleagues, and parents alike.
* Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as experienced educators at Main Pay Scale (MPS) and Upper Pay Scale (UPS) levels.
