Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive support to children within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging learning activities.
* Cultivate a safe, inclusive, and positive atmosphere for all pupils.
* Support individual children or small groups to achieve their developmental milestones.
* Observe and accurately report on pupil progress, behaviour, and engagement.
* Help organise classroom resources and maintain an inviting learning space.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
* Demonstrable experience supporting children within an EYFS or primary setting is essential.
* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships.
* A proactive and flexible approach to supporting classroom needs is highly valued.
* You hold a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) or equivalent practical experience.
