About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated MFL Teacher, specialising in French and Spanish, to join a vibrant secondary school in the Telford area. We are seeking an inspiring educator to deliver engaging lessons across all key stages, fostering a love for languages and cultures within our mainstream setting. This permanent or long-term position offers a chance to make a significant impact, with a start date in September or sooner for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic French and Spanish lessons that inspire and challenge all pupils.
* Assess pupil progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
* Contribute actively to the development and enhancement of the MFL curriculum.
* Maintain an engaging and supportive classroom environment conducive to effective language acquisition.
* Collaborate effectively with department colleagues to share best practices and resources.
* Participate fully in wider school life, supporting extracurricular activities related to languages.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* You are proficient in teaching both French and Spanish up to Key Stage 4, with A-level experience desirable.
* Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced professionals (MPS/UPS).
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for modern foreign languages and their cultural significance.
* You are committed to creating an inclusive and stimulating learning atmosphere.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
