Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary pupils experiencing SEMH needs.
* Implement effective behaviour management plans and strategies.
* Support pupils in developing crucial emotional regulation skills.
* Assist with the successful reintegration of students into their learning.
* Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and other support staff.
