Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate engaging learning experiences for primary-aged pupils across various subjects.
* Provide targeted support to students with Special Educational Needs, adapting resources as required.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers to create an inclusive and dynamic classroom environment.
* Assist in the preparation of learning materials and the organisation of classroom activities.
* Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
* Encourage positive behaviour and foster a nurturing atmosphere where every child can thrive.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting the educational journey of primary school children.
* Demonstrate experience or a strong understanding of working with pupils with diverse learning needs, including SEN.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Be adaptable and resilient, thriving in a dynamic and varied mainstream school setting.
* Show initiative and a proactive approach to supporting classroom activities and individual pupil development.
* Hold relevant qualifications or demonstrable experience in an education support capacity.
