About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant to join a well-established primary school in Hertfordshire. This fulfilling role involves providing essential support to pupils across the primary phase, fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Opportunities are available for various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions. You will play a crucial role in supporting pupils with diverse learning needs, including those requiring SEN support, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups within the classroom setting.
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
* Prepare and organise learning resources to enhance pupils' educational experiences.
* Implement strategies to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) effectively.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children can thrive.
* Encourage good behaviour and social development among pupils throughout the school day.

About You
* Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Possess demonstrable experience working within a primary school environment.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for supporting the academic and personal development of young learners.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships.
* Show initiative and the ability to work effectively as a valuable member of a school team.
* Be patient, adaptable, and empathetic to the diverse needs of primary school children.
