About the Role
A well-established school in Bedfordshire is seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a permanent, long-term position, offering a competitive salary paid to scale. The role involves delivering engaging Science lessons across the secondary curriculum, fostering a love for discovery and learning. We are looking for an individual ready to make a significant contribution, with a preferred start date of September or potentially sooner for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality, inspiring Science lessons across various key stages.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Create a dynamic and supportive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
* Contribute actively to the ongoing development of the Science curriculum and departmental initiatives.
* Engage with parents and guardians regarding student progress and well-being.
* Participate in extracurricular activities that enrich the pupils' educational experience.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications in Science.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for Science and the ability to inspire young minds.
* Be adept at fostering an inclusive and challenging learning environment for all pupils.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with colleagues and pupils.
* Show commitment to continuous professional development and innovative teaching practices.
* Welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced professionals (MPS/UPS).
