About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a progressive school on a long-term, permanent contract starting in September 2026. This pivotal role involves delivering engaging and high-quality mathematics education across the secondary phase, inspiring students to achieve their full potential in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. You will contribute to a vibrant academic department, fostering a love for learning and numerical understanding within all pupils.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver stimulating Maths lessons to diverse secondary age groups.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation.
* Contribute to the development of departmental schemes of work and resources.
* Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich student experience.
* Engage with parents and guardians regarding student progress and well-being.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications in Mathematics.
* Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as experienced Teachers on the Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for Maths and an ability to make complex concepts accessible.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* You can effectively differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
* You are a collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
