Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
* Facilitate the development of essential social communication skills.
* Proactively manage and address diverse sensory needs for pupils.
* Support students in accessing and engaging with the full secondary curriculum.
* Implement individualised learning and behavioural strategies effectively.
* Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
About You
* Possesses demonstrable experience supporting young people with ASD, ideally in a secondary setting.
* Holds a genuine passion for fostering inclusive educational environments.
* Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both students and staff.
* Is proactive, patient, and highly adaptable to diverse individual needs.
* Demonstrates a commitment to continuous professional development in SEN.
* Able to work effectively as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
