Key Responsibilities
• Engage children in age-appropriate play and learning activities, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assist with the daily care routines of children, including meal times and personal hygiene.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organised learning environment.
• Observe and accurately record children’s developmental milestones and progress.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to plan and implement engaging educational programmes.
• Support children with individual needs, ensuring an inclusive setting for all.
About You
• Proven experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
• A genuine passion for supporting the growth and development of young children.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting positively with children, parents, and staff.
• An understanding of early years foundation stage principles and child development.
• Proactive, adaptable, and a team player with a positive approach.
