Key Responsibilities
* Adapt and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons to primary pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Manage classroom dynamics effectively, promoting a positive and stimulating learning atmosphere for all students.
* Collaborate with support staff to ensure individual education plans are effectively implemented and student progress is monitored.
* Demonstrate versatility by seamlessly transitioning between different SEN provisions and school environments.
* Maintain accurate records of student achievements and contribute to ongoing assessment processes.
* Foster independence and confidence in pupils, empowering them to overcome learning barriers.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience working with primary-aged pupils with SEN.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs and celebrating their successes.
