About the Role
A respected school in South West London is actively seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Supply Teacher to enrich their dynamic educational environment. This pivotal daily supply and short-term role involves supporting secondary-aged students within specialist SEN settings, covering a diverse range of adapted curriculum areas. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons across a variety of adapted subject areas to secondary SEN students.
* Skillfully differentiate teaching strategies and resources to meet individual learning needs and styles.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment for all pupils.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and support staff to provide comprehensive student assistance.
* Maintain educational continuity by providing consistent and high-quality cover for absent colleagues.
* Contribute positively to the overarching ethos and daily operations of each school setting during assignments.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching.
* Proven experience working effectively with secondary-aged students with Special Educational Needs is essential.
* You exhibit exceptional adaptability in tailoring your teaching approach to diverse learning requirements.
* Outstanding classroom management abilities are a hallmark of your professional practice.
* A compassionate, patient, and resilient demeanour underpins your interactions with students and colleagues.
