Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere in various settings.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of pupils and year groups.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure continuity of learning.
• Provide consistent support for pupils' academic and social development.
• Uphold school policies and procedures with professionalism and commitment.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to the UK primary phase.
• Possess demonstrable experience teaching across various primary year groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
• Exhibit strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach to different teaching environments.
• Show a genuine passion for inspiring young minds and fostering a love of learning.
• Committed to professional growth and continuous improvement in your practice.
