Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective Computing lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Develop and implement creative schemes of work that challenge and inspire students.
* Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all learners feel valued.
* Contribute to the development of extra-curricular computing clubs or initiatives.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the department.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications in Computing.
* You are an enthusiastic educator with a genuine passion for your subject, capable of inspiring young minds.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to student achievement.
* You are adaptable and open to embracing new teaching methodologies and technologies.
* You are a collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced professionals (MPS/UPS).
