Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver tailored, engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Build strong, therapeutic relationships with pupils to support their emotional well-being.
* Implement effective strategies for managing challenging behaviour in a supportive manner.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs of individual learners.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
* Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to foster academic and personal growth.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for an exciting opportunity.
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged pupils with SEMH needs.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, particularly with challenging behaviours.
