Key Responsibilities
* Provide targeted one-to-one and small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies under the guidance of class teachers and the SENCo.
* Assist in adapting learning materials and classroom activities to meet individual pupil requirements.
* Monitor and accurately record pupil progress, contributing to regular review meetings and assessments.
* Encourage positive behaviour and develop social skills, helping pupils to engage fully with their peers.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to pupil development.

* You possess prior experience supporting pupils with special educational needs within a school setting.
