Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
• Create and maintain a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and whole-school initiatives.
• Uphold the school's ethos and policies, promoting high standards of behaviour and learning.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young minds.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills and the ability to foster positive relationships.
• Be adaptable, resilient, and proactive in addressing pupil needs and learning challenges.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, engaging effectively with pupils, parents, and staff.
