Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all children feel valued.
• Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for pupils.
• Maintain open communication with parents and carers regarding student achievement and well-being.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school community through participation in events and activities.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Demonstrate a genuine commitment to nurturing young learners and inspiring curiosity.
• Bring enthusiasm and creativity to the classroom, eager to make a significant impact.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with children, parents, and staff.
• Be adaptable and resilient, capable of thriving in a dynamic educational setting.
• Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as more experienced educators (MPS/UPS).
