Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
• Implement pre-planned lessons and activities, maintaining high educational standards.
• Collaborate positively with class teachers to ensure a seamless learning experience for pupils.
• Contribute to a stimulating classroom environment that encourages pupil participation.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a respectful and focused atmosphere.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant primary teaching experience.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when working across different year groups.
• Exhibit strong classroom management skills and a positive approach to pupil engagement.
• Hold a genuine passion for primary education and fostering a love for learning.
• Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with colleagues.
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
