* Contribute to the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for pupils requiring special educational needs support.
* Monitor pupil progress diligently, providing constructive feedback and reporting observations to the class teacher.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere that encourages pupil participation, confidence, and overall well-being.
* Support positive behaviour management strategies, promoting a respectful and focused learning environment for everyone.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children's development and learning.
* Hold relevant experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role within a primary setting.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
