Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
* Assess pupil progress systematically and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
* Cultivate a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance pupil outcomes.
* Actively contribute to the wider life of the school community through extracurricular activities or initiatives.
* Uphold high standards of behaviour and promote the school's core values at all times.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of Key Stage 2 pedagogy.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young learners.
* Excellent classroom management and organisational skills are central to your teaching approach.
* You are committed to your own continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply, alongside experienced teachers at MPS or UPS levels.
* You possess the ability to create a dynamic and supportive learning atmosphere for all pupils.
