About the Role
A dynamic school is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide invaluable support to primary-aged pupils with diverse learning needs. We have immediate opportunities available for individuals seeking long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent roles, offering competitive daily rates between £95 and £110, commensurate with experience and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and differentiated learning strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with class teachers and the SENCo to monitor pupil progress and well-being.
• Adapt learning resources and activities to ensure accessibility and engagement for all pupils.
• Encourage pupil independence and foster positive social interactions within the classroom.
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and promote a safe learning environment for all children.

About You
• Demonstrable experience supporting pupils with various Special Educational Needs, ideally within a primary setting.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's development and well-being.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Proactive, patient, and resilient, with a compassionate approach to education.
• Ability to work both independently and as a valued member of a supportive team.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn and adapt.
