We are seeking a dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join a respected school known for its commitment to inclusive education in the South East. This vital role involves teaching a diverse group of secondary-aged pupils with complex learning needs within a specialist SEN setting. You will be responsible for delivering an adapted curriculum in small group environments, fostering significant academic and personal growth. We are keen to hear from educators available for an immediate start, with opportunities for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even permanent engagements.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver an engaging, adapted curriculum tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Implement effective strategies to support pupils with complex learning difficulties.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and support staff to maximise pupil progress.
* Assess and monitor pupil achievement, providing constructive feedback and reporting on development.
* Contribute actively to the school's wider community and ethos.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
* Demonstrate a proven track record
