About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chemistry Teacher to join an innovative school community on a long-term, permanent contract. This exciting opportunity involves delivering engaging Science lessons with a specialism in Chemistry to secondary pupils, inspiring a love for the subject and fostering academic excellence. We welcome applications from both experienced educators and Early Career Teachers (ECTs), with remuneration paid to scale. The successful candidate will ideally commence in September, although an earlier start is also warmly considered.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, inspiring Chemistry lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Develop and implement creative schemes of work and lesson plans.
* Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback and setting ambitious targets.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
* Contribute actively to the wider departmental team and school community initiatives.
* Utilise a range of teaching methodologies to cater for diverse learning needs.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Hold a degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching Chemistry and inspiring young minds.
* Committed to continuous professional development and innovative teaching practices.
* Skilled at building strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* Able to create a dynamic and supportive classroom atmosphere.
