About the Role
Join a supportive school seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to begin immediately. This vital primary role involves providing tailored support to pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in a specialist environment. You will work 1:1 and with small groups, assisting children with complex learning needs, including those with ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties, ensuring their progress and well-being. Flexible contract options, from daily supply to permanent placements, are available, offering a daily rate between £90 and £115, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive 1:1 and small group support to pupils with diverse special educational needs.
* Implement individualised learning plans and strategies outlined in EHCPs effectively.
* Assist children with conditions such as ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties to access the curriculum.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and can thrive.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and therapists to monitor and report on pupil progress.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all young learners.
